Terms and Conditions

Purchase: Gift vouchers can be purchased online, in person at our physical locations, or over the phone.

Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

Redemption Requirement (Important): Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and form part of the transaction. Voucher codes alone will not be accepted without the corresponding voucher.

Currency: Gift vouchers are issued in GBP and can only be redeemed in the same currency.

Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Non-Transferable: Gift vouchers are non-transferable and may not be resold.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Please treat them like cash. At our discretion, a lost or stolen voucher may be replaced if proof of purchase can be provided and the original voucher has not been redeemed. An administration fee may apply.

Activation: Gift vouchers are activated at the time of purchase.

Proof of Purchase: The gift voucher or purchase receipt serves as proof of purchase and is required for redemption.
