Cancellation Policy

To avoid disruption to treatments, we do operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. We do realise unforeseen problems can occur, but we would appreciate if notice could be given so your appointment could be offered to another client - otherwise a fee of 50% of your treatment booked will be charged.

Appointments

Should you wish to have a particular therapist do let us know when making you appointment & we will do our best to accomodate where possible. If there is no appointments available for when you desire then do ask to be put on the cancellation list in case an appointment comes available. We do reserve the right to refuse treatments without explanation.

Children

Due to the heavy demands placed on us by our insurance company, we ask that you do not bring children in to the clinic when treatments are being carried out. If you have any issues with child care then please speak to the salon manager at the time of booking.

Client Confidentiality

All personal information given is held in the strictest of confidence.

Gift Vouchers

We sell gift vouchers for treatments or if you are unsure what that special person would like then we sell vouchers for any value. These can also be posted to you for your convenience!

Pregnancy

If you are or could be pregnant, please let us know in advance. We can design treatments to suit your needs but we only advise doing treatments over 16 weeks.

Mobile Phones

To maintain complete relaxation in our clinic for yourself & other clients, we would ask that you turn your mobile phones off and refrain from using them.
